We built Siima because we were tired of paying extortionate roaming fees and scrambling for local SIM cards at airports. Travel should be about the destination — not fighting with your phone.

How we work

We partner with local network operators worldwide through our eSIM infrastructure provider. When you purchase a plan, we instantly provision a real eSIM profile tied to a local carrier — giving you the same speeds and coverage as a local resident.

Transparent pricing

We show you every fee before you pay. Plan cost + $0.10 service fee + Stripe payment processing. That is it. No hidden charges, no auto-renewals.

What you can hold us to

  • Refunds. If you have not installed the eSIM, ask for your money back within 5 days of buying, from your Order History page. Once a profile is installed on a phone it cannot be returned, so that is where the line sits.
  • Support. A person answers [email protected] within 24 hours, 7 days a week — including while you are travelling.
  • No subscription. You buy a plan once. Nothing renews and nothing is stored to charge you later.
  • Your card. Payments run through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

Where we are honest about the limits

Our plans are data-only. You do not get a local phone number, so if you need one for an SMS code from a bank, keep your home SIM switched on alongside the eSIM — calls and texts keep working on it, and apps like WhatsApp and FaceTime run over the eSIM's data. An eSIM also needs a phone that supports one and is not carrier-locked. check yours before you buy And no travel eSIM has signal everywhere: our destination pages say which areas are patchy rather than claiming perfect coverage.
