Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete it yourself (instant)

In the mobile app:

1. Open Siima and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Account → Delete Account
4. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately

On the web:

1. Sign in at siima.online/account
2. Open Edit profile
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and choose Delete Account

Option 2: Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login credentials, name, email, push notification token, and saved preferences are permanently removed and your account access is revoked immediately.

What we retain

Order and eSIM purchase records are kept in de-identified form for financial, tax, and fraud-prevention record-keeping, as required by law. This data is no longer linked to your name or email once your account is deleted.
