Do my teammates need the Siima app?+
No. When you assign an eSIM, the teammate receives an email with a one-tap install link plus manual activation details (SM-DP+ address and activation code). They can install it straight from their phone settings.
How does billing work?+
The admin pays by card at purchase. Every order appears in your billing history with a CSV export for accounting. All eSIMs bought under the business account belong to the organization.
Can I reassign an eSIM to someone else?+
Yes — an unused eSIM can be reassigned anytime from the dashboard. Once installed on a device, the data plan stays with that device until it expires.
What happens when someone runs out of data?+
You'll see usage climbing in the dashboard. Top up any team eSIM remotely in a few clicks — the extra data applies to their existing eSIM without reinstalling anything.
Is there a minimum commitment or subscription?+
No. The business dashboard is free; you only pay for the data plans you buy. Volume discounts apply automatically from 5 eSIMs per order.
