Do I need a Korean phone number for apps in Seoul?
For most travel needs, no. Naver Map, Papago, Subway and Kakao Map all work on data alone. Some Korean services — including certain KakaoTalk features and domestic delivery apps — require a Korean number and cannot be used with a data-only eSIM.
Can I use the same eSIM in Seoul and Busan or Jeju?
