Coverage around Kuala Lumpur
LRT, MRT and the Monorail
The MRT tunnels through the city centre have full coverage; the LRT and Monorail are elevated and never drop. KL Sentral, the main interchange, is well covered on every level.
Bukit Bintang and KLCC
Dense 5G throughout the golden triangle, including the Petronas Towers observation deck and the linked pedestrian bridge to Bukit Bintang.
Batu Caves and the outskirts
The KTM Komuter line north and the cave complex itself are covered, including at the top of the 272 steps. Signal thins inside the darker cave chambers.
Genting Highlands and Melaka
The two standard day trips hold signal on the main roads. The Genting cable car has coverage, though the climb through cloud cover can weaken it briefly.
