1. Information we collect
We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect payment information via Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We collect usage data (data consumed, activation status) for your purchased eSIMs.
2. How we use your information
We use your email to deliver eSIM activation details and important account updates. We use usage data to show you your remaining data balance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
4. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant), Supabase for authentication and database, and eSIM Go for eSIM provisioning. Each has their own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@siima.online and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
