1. Acceptance

By using Siima you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. eSIM Plans

All plans are one-time purchases. Plan validity begins when you first activate mobile data. Plans do not auto-renew. Data allowances are non-transferable and non-rollable.

3. Payments

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. All payments are processed by Stripe. Once an eSIM is provisioned, sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused, un-installed eSIMs within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not resell eSIM profiles, use them for unlawful purposes, or attempt to circumvent network limitations.

5. Limitation of liability

Siima is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or device incompatibilities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
